Leadership is influence. How well you are able to get people to accomplish something greater than themselves depends on how willing they are to trust you with themselves, their time, their gifts, and their future. This retreat provides leadership theories, principles, and practices that help you build the right kind of leadership influence to not only lead people into a better future, but also get them to take ownership in the effort.
Our morning time is spent digging into interpersonal leadership.
The afternoon session focuses on group/organization leadership.
