Leadership is influence. How well you are able to get people to accomplish something greater than themselves depends on how willing they are to trust you with themselves, their time, their gifts, and their future. This lab hones your leadership skills to effectively build and grow interpersonal and group trust, ownership, and innovation. Also, bring your team! We will explore how to steward each team members' Working Genius to accomplish extraordinary things together.
